Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@parkedprideautocare.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. **refer to refunds**

 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


**If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY CARRIER ISSUES

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

**Please note** Postal service problems is out of our control, However we are here to assist where possible.

If you have not received your item within 30 days it is in your power and responsibility as the receiver to;

  1. First to contact the shipping carrier as the Receiver and raise a ticket to query the status of your parcel as your details are attached to the tracking number you were provided. Most issues can be resolved this way.
  2. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@parkedprideautocare.co.nz with your name, order number and any information that could help us investigate and follow up the issue. Our process will be to contact our Postal Carrier Account Manager in order to find out what the problem is and track down the parcel. Once we have the relevant information, we will notify you and present a solution to get your product delivered to you successfully. Otherwise if your parcel has conclusively been lost in transit refer to refunds**

 


NON RETURNABLE ITEMS:
- Fitmint Floor mat set that was ordered with disregard to the disclaimer clearly stated on the product page. Reminder:

**PLEASE NOTE** Having Aftermarket seats/ rails may result in the rear carpets not fitting properly or at all - buyers responsibility to check. Returns not accepted on incorrectly ordered items.


Custom Items i.e Fitmint Floor Mats with a custom Badge Option purchased, unless Defective and is an error on our part.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable, partial refund not applicable to Fitmint Floor mats)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 



LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS(if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@parkedprideautocare.co.nz.


SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


EXCHANGES(if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@parkedprideautocare.co.nz and send your item to:
